S-100A Wildfire Suppression Annual Refresher
The S-100A Wildfire Suppression Annual Refresher is a one-day course designed to renew your certification and ensure you remain up to date with current wildfire suppression protocols and safety standards. This course is mandatory each year for individuals who have previously completed the S-100 Wildfire Suppression course and wish to stay eligible for wildfire deployments in British Columbia.
Course Overview
The S-100A focuses on reinforcing key wildfire suppression skills, fireline safety, and equipment use, while also addressing updates in procedures and best practices from the BC Wildfire Service. The course includes both classroom instruction and hands-on field training to ensure readiness for the current wildfire season.
